Our Dedicated Search is a modified retained search solution; 1/3rd of the fee is paid upfront, the remaining 2/3rds upon start. If our client finds a candidate on their own and wants us to stop the search, we are not owed any additional payment. We will continue to search until you are 100% satisfied with the results. This offers our clients a dedicated outsourced solution, complete with weekly reports detailing call efforts and candidate feedback.
Recruitment Process Outsourcing

For our clients who need a more complete solution, Reid & Associates offers a full RPO solution. We can manage the entire recruiting process, from creating the job description to sourcing candidates to onboarding the new hire. Clients who are in a startup or major project find this solution helpful as it allows them to access our unique process, without investing in a full Recruitment Department.
Contingent Search

Our Contingent Search requires no up-front fee to initiate a search; it’s a commitment-free alternative when a priority or retained search may not be appropriate. It is often most successful when there is a lower urgency in the hiring needs. Our team spends a portion of their time to conduct and execute a recruiting plan that will produce results, working on several projects simultaneously.
