This offers our clients a dedicated outsourced solution, complete with weekly reports detailing call efforts and candidate feedback, with flexibility to adjust if necessary.

Contingent Search: Our Contingent Search requires no up-front fee to initiate a search; it’s a commitment-free alternative when a priority or retained search may not be appropriate. It is often most successful when there is a lower urgency in the hiring needs.  Our team spends a portion of their time to conduct and execute a recruiting plan that will produce results, working on several projects simultaneously.

Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO): For our clients who need a more complete solution Reid & Associates offers a full RPO solution. We can manage the entire recruiting process from creating the job description to sourcing candidates to on boarding of the new hire.  Clients who are in a startup or major project find this solution most helpful as it allows them to access our unique process, without investing in a full Recruitment Department.
